By downloading, installing, or using the HAI Guide mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
HAI Guide is an AI-powered audio tour guide that provides location-based narrations about nearby points of interest. The App uses your device's GPS to determine your location and generates audio narrations personalized to your interests and preferences.
To use the App, you must create an account using Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or email authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
HAI Guide offers a free tier that includes 60 minutes of tour narration time. Once the free time is exhausted, you may upgrade to a paid subscription to continue using the service.
HAI Guide Pro is an auto-renewable subscription that provides unlimited tour time, premium voice narrations, and personalized dining recommendations. The subscription details, including pricing and duration, are displayed within the App at the time of purchase.
If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
The narrations and content provided by HAI Guide are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, the AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or errors. You should not rely solely on the App's content for critical decisions, safety information, or navigation. Always verify important information from authoritative sources.
The App requires access to your device's location services to function. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your location data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can control location access through your device settings at any time.

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio, and software — are the property of HAI Guide and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HAI Guide and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HAI Guide and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the App's profile settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
